Suzuki S Cross bags away 5 star rating.

           Hard work pays. This is what is seen in the case of Maruti Suzuki. The much awaited attraction is likely to make its launch, in this month. Passing through the safety test, has added another feather to its cap.
The 5-star rating is an attribute for Adult Occupat Protection, and a 4-star rating pertains to Child Occupat Protection.  

           Maruthi Suzuki India is keenly interested in introducing new segments in the Indian market. Among these, is the compact crossover with S-Cross. This model was an attraction in the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. The price could range from 7.5 to 12 lakh. The rise in the bookings of this car, can be understood from the customers thronging at the showrooms.  The competition will be between Nissan Terrano, REnault Duster and Hyundai Creta, in the compact SUVs category, on one hand and the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross on the other.

       
                                                                                    
              The most fascinating feature of this new arrival, is that this car has undergone several changes which has made it user-friendly to the Indian roads. The foremost arrivals of Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, will be with two diesel engines - 1.3 litres and 1.6 litres. This finds its descent from Fiat.  Anti-lock braking system and brakeforce distribution are some of the remarkable features which can be anticipated.

Though, the official bookings are likely to begin by the end of this month.Design and FeaturesThe vehicle looks largely similar to the SX4 S-Cross concept unveiled at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. Though it has gone through several design changes that now make it more compatible for Indian roads. One such change will come in the form of increased ground clearance that makes it sit higher than its European counterpart. Other key exterior elements are plastic cladding all around the body, roof rails, 16 inch alloy wheels, etc which make it look quite rugged. The cabin of the car will take its design inspiration from other Maruti Suzuki cars including the Swift and Ciaz. The S-Cross is likely to feature leather seats, all black interiors with silver inserts, engine start-stop button, steering mounted audio controls, SmartPlay infotainment system, reverse parking camera, 2 Din audio system and automatic climate control. That said, all these features might come with the more expensive trims.
